<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wear a main body of a mask without straps or rubber bands or with something other than straps or rubber bands from the one side. <P>SOLUTION: A method for easily wearing the main body of the mask without straps or rubber bands, which is of 'ear hanger type', 'cap clip type' or 'tape type' and which shares some components. In such a method, uncomfortable feelings caused by the tension of the straps or rubber bands are eliminated and a user can arbitrarily adjust a degree of tightness. In the case of tape type wearing, the mask can be easily put on and taken off so that convenience in the case of activities such as sports is improved.
