<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin water content measuring instrument capable of performing highly stable measurement. <P>SOLUTION: This skin water content measuring instrument is provided with pushing pressure notification determining means 20 notifying a pushing pressure pushing a sensor 2 to the skin, so that a user can obtain the pushing pressure of the sensor 2.
