<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery cooling device for a vacuum cleaner capable of elongating a driving time of the vacuum cleaner after charging and shortening the charging time to the storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: This storage battery cooling device for the vacuum cleaner is provided with a cleaner body 3 incorporating an electric blower 15 for sucking dust and a battery shell 30, a charging base 2 provided with a DC power supply 59 for charging the power shell 30, a cooling air passage 29c positioned in the circumference of the battery shell 30 in the cleaner body 3, a cooling fan 58 feeding an cooling air to the cooling air passage 29c as air feed means, and an arithmetic control circuit 45 driving the cooling fan 58 and blowing the cooling air to the cooling air passage 29c when setting the cleaner body 3 in the charging base 2 and charging the battery shell 30 by the DC power supply 59. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
