PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket device for high lift work and a high lift working machine using the bucket device for high lift work, capable of manually adjusting a bucket according to a rising/falling state of a boom, and carry out the adjustment by light operation force. SOLUTION: This bucket device 2 for high lift work provided in a tip portion side of a boom 1 comprises a bucket installing member 4 detachably provided at the tip portion side of the boom 1. The bucket installing member 4 is provided with a bucket 3 vertically rotatable to the bucket installing member 4 indirectly. Manual hydraulic jack 7 is provided under a base portion side of the bucket installing member 4. A tip portion side of a ram 720 of the hydraulic jack 7 is rotatably provided on the bucket installing member 4, and a base end side of a cylinder 72 is indirectly provided on the bucket 3.
