PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a CD does not slide out even when a CD storing body is turned over under a condition where it is bound into a binder for the CD. SOLUTION: A CD storing body 3 in which the CD 1 can be taken in and out from an entrance 12 to a flat bag body 9 provided with a window 13 stuck with a film through which a displaying face of the CD 1 is visible is provided on at least one face side, and a binder main body 37 formed into a book shape and fitted inside with a freely openable/closable fitment 34 for binding the CD storing body 3, are provided. In the CD storing body 3, a lip piece 15 extending outward from the entrance 12 is connected with the bag body 9, and a stopper piece 17 is formed by folding back the apex of the lip piece 15 by a length which does not reach the entrance 12 to prevent the CD 1 from being slid.
