PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange sealing material capable of easily sealing the flange part of a vehicle in a good condition. SOLUTION: This flange sealing material is constituted of at least two layers for sealing the flange part of a vehicle metallic panel and is characterized in that the inner layer contains a thermosetting resin showing heat melting and fluidity at a curing temperature of 80 to 200°C and the outer layer shows no significant form change due to fluidity at 80 to 200°C.
