PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent danger due to the failure of parts by a short circuit or a temperature increase when a conductive foreign matter enters the electrolytic layer, for a washing machine equipped with a washing tank for housing articles to be washed, and an electrolytic tank for electrolyzing water to be used for washing.
