PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seedling-planting apparatus using a wide seedling- transporting belt which can be produced at a low cost and driven without a lateral slip, thereby enabling the good transportation of seedlings. SOLUTION: This seedling-planting apparatus uses wide belts not having a V-belt on the inner circumferences as wide seedling-transporting belts 51 and winding each seedling-transporting belts 51 on a pair of right and left center-swollen driving rollers 52 and on a pair of right and left center-swollen tension rollers 53 which are disposed at lateral distances.
