<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiforgery printed matter having a high anticopying effect and a latent image, which can not be confirmed with the eye through direct observation, can be visualized through the observation with a very simple tool and confirmed with the eye and, in addition, which can be manufactured at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In at least some part of a base material, a right-handed polarizing layer, which only reflects some part of right-handed circularly polarized light in incident light, and a left-handed polarizing layer, which only reflects some part of left-handed circularly polarized light in the incident light, are formed under the condition that both the polarizing layers can not be discriminated therebetween through the direct observation with the eye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
