PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for releasing cementing retardation of a cement milk capable of easily releasing a cementing retardation action of the cement milk using a retardant by forming a specific fine powder into a slurry and adding the same to the cement milk without using a conventional quick accelerator or cementing accelerator. SOLUTION: A liquid A having a cement and water mixed together is mixed with a liquid B having a fine powder and water mixed together, thereby releasing the cementing retardation action of the cement milk.
