RADIATOR MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF SMALL-SIZED VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator mounting structure of a small-sized vehicle capable of reducing the number of part items and man-hour for assembly for cost reduction by integrally forming a radiator base and a radiator grille using one type of mold and resin material, thus eliminating use of tightening parts. SOLUTION: The radiator base 81 which is mounted on an internal combustion engine and locates a radiator 70 and the radiator grille 82 for protecting the front of the radiator 70 are integrally formed using the same resin material through a flexible joint part 83. The radiator grille 82 is folded against the radiator base 81 by the deformation to the joint part 83 to sandwich the radiator 70 between them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
