PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting apparatus with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A piston 23 displacing between a front position and a rear position can be held by a piston holding case 25 in such a way that the piston 23 can be displaced between the front position and the rear position. A spring member 31 is arranged in the piston holding case 25 and energy is stored when the piston is displaced from the front position to the rear position and when the energy is released, a force for moving the piston from the rear position to the front position is given to the piston. A piston engaging structure 27 has a engageable and disengageable structure wherein it is hooked with a part of the piston 23 when the piston 23 is displaced from the front position to the rear position to hold the piston at the rear position and engaging with the piston can be released by an external force applied from the outside.
