PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and perform a hot gas heating mode at the time of necessity for hot gas heating even when a hot gas switch for a heating setup and an air-conditioner switch for a cooling setup are given (ON) simultaneously. SOLUTION: When the hot gas switch and the air-conditioner switch are given simultaneously, the device determines whether or not outside air temperature is below prescribed temperature (-1.5°C) at the step S30. When the outside air temperature is below the prescribed temperature, the hot gas heating mode is selected at the steps S50, S60.
