<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramics green body capable of being produced easily even if it has very small internal spaces and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a ceramics green body having internal spaces, a first green body having a shape of the internal spaces is formed, a second green body is formed using the first green body as an insert member, a fabricated member is formed by processing the second green body, a third green body is formed using the fabricated member as an insert member, and the third green body is sintered to form internal spaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
