<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a transparent polypropylene sheet which has impact resistance and rigidity while securing transparency and is free from whitening during folding processing as secondary processing and the transparent polypropylene sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A production apparatus has a sheet molding means 11 which melts and kneads a raw material and extrudes it into a sheet 20, the first cooling means which cools and solidifies the sheet 20, a preliminarily heating means 13 which re-heats the cooled sheet 20, a heat treatment means 14 which heat-treats the sheet 20 into a sheet 21, and the second cooling means 15 which cools the heat-treated sheet 21. The raw material comprises 60-97 mass% of a polypropylene resin (A) 0.85-0.99 in isotactic pentad fraction and 2-10 g/10 min in melt index, and 40-3 mass% of a polypropylene resin (B) 0.15-0.50 in racemic pentad fraction and 2-10 g/10 min in melt index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
