PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritional composition which can effectively supply coenzyme Q10, improves the water dispersibility and in vivo absorbability of the coenzyme Q10, and has high safety, and to provide a food containing the nutritional composition.

SOLUTION: This nutritional composition is characterized by containing the coenzyme Q10, sodium caseinate, and dextrin as nutrients.
