<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an artificial solid member, by which resources can be effectively used and the range of the resources which can be recycled is expanded, and to provide the artificial solid member. <P>SOLUTION: Aiming at fiber materials, incineration ash obtained in a large amount by burning daily refuse, or inorganic materials, such as powdery stone, cement or glass, remaining in a large amount as building waste materials, the artificial solid member is produced by agitating and mixing the fiber materials, the incineration ash or pulverized inorganic materials and a resin for binding these materials and then forming the resulting mixture. The fiber materials are beaten previously and dissociated into fibers. Thereby, the fibers are dispersed in the mixture and a strong structure can be produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
