PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying belt used for cutting food thereon, of which food carrying face is not damaged even when the food is cut on the carrying belt, and which can be sufficiently used for a pulley of a small diameter. SOLUTION: The resin belt A is formed by laminating canvases 1 and resin layers 2, and a face brought into contact with the food is the resin layer 2. The hardness of the resin layer 2 brought into contact with the food is JISA 60 degrees to 80 degrees, and the thickness of the resin layer 2 is 0.7 to 1.0 mm.
