PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem with a battery frame that, since the battery and a pipe or a pipe frame are separated from each other, a battery loading position has such a problem that it is inconvenient to load the battery in the pipe or the pipe frame by sealing the battery in the pipe frame and manufacturing a convenient battery frame. SOLUTION: A battery pipe and a battery frame are formed by assembling the battery in the pipe. Thus both pipe and frame can provide effective functions conveniently without affecting functions.
