PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a strap from being folded under an extracted condition, and to enhance operability for the strap. SOLUTION: This lock mechanism is provided with an operation rod 13 having a strap loop 14 connected to a release lever 11 and twisted at a proper angle with respect to a major axis 27 of a strap extraction port 26 under a connected condition, inside a seatback 20 with the strap extraction port 26 opened in a proper portion, and supported to be folded frontwards to a seat cushion, and the strap 15 fixed to the strap loop 14 of the operation rod 13 inside the seatback 20 to be twisted, and extracted and put back in the strap extraction port 26.
