PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively cool or heat concrete to certainly control the temperature thereof even during the kneading or transport of concrete. SOLUTION: The heat accumulation body 11 having a heat accumulation material 13 enclosed therein is preliminarily adjusted to an arbitrary temperature, and a predetermined number of the heat accumulation bodies are charged in concrete at the time of kneading or transport of concrete. Heat exchange is performed between the heat accumulation bodies and concrete during the kneading or transport of concrete and concrete can be adjusted to a predetermined temperature.
