PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the oozed amount of oil even when an oil retaining bearing is used for a punch guide member and prevent the tip of a punch from coming out of the die and coming into contact with the peripheral edge of the opening of the die even if the punch is tilted relative to the punch guide member. SOLUTION: A small diameter part 2b of a protruded part 2a is formed at the inner peripheral surface die side end part of a slide bearing 2 as the punch guide member.
