<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for preserving Tofu (a bean curd) capable of readily and rapidly carrying out handling of the Tofu from taking in and out, draining, cooking to preservation without contact with a hand. <P>SOLUTION: This container for preserving the Tofu is obtained as follows. A Tofu carrying pedestal A is integrally formed by providing a hanging part (7) at the tip of a square back plate (4) having draining holes (8), a shelf plate (5) having draining holes (8) at the lower end and further a leg part (6) at the tip of the shelf plate (5). The resultant Tofu carrying pedestal A is installed in the interior of a container B having a slope (3) formed from the top to the lower end on the back surface of the inside of a box body having the opened top. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
