PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify structure, in constitution of a torque transmission system where a motor generator is arranged in a transmission side compared with a clutch device. SOLUTION: This torque transmission unit 1 is constituted mainly of the clutch device 4 connected intermittently to a fly wheel 2 to transmit torque to the transmission, and the motor generator 5 arranged in a transmission side of the clutch device 4. The clutch device 4 is constituted mainly of a clutch disk assembly 6, a clutch cover assembly 7, and a clutch operation mechanism 8. The mechanism 8 is penetrated axis-directionally through a rotor 52 from the transmission side of the motor generator to apply an operation load to the clutch cover assembly 7.
