PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an integrally expansion-molded product with a fastener, by which an expansion-molded product such as a urethane foam with a fastener can be manufactured smoothly and with high yield. SOLUTION: The expanded molded product with a fastener such as an automotive seat having a hand-grip design 26 on a seat side, is molded. A rail 40 is fixed to the cavity side of a bottom force 30 and a magnet 42 is attached to the rail 40. In addition, a magnetic layer 53 is formed on the fastening face of a fastener 50, while a slab urethane 54 is formed on the opposite side. A urethane stock solution is injected and expanded while the fastener 50 is retained by the rail 40. Finally, the urethane foam is released from the mold. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
