Production of human DNA from tooth gum fluid consists of absorption by paper for e.g. genetic disease susceptibility testing by electrophoresis

摘要

The production of human DNA from tooth gum fluid comprises application of absorbent paper, for analysis by molecular detection and genetic disease susceptibility examination. The technique does not affect the PCR Taq-polymerase, and permits electrophoresis in agarose gel.
