The automatic sandwiches preparation via two conveyor belts comprises synchronized processing of the sandwich constituents. The apparatus has a locator of the filling (6) between the sandwiching halves (9,10) and a packager for the sandwich (87). The belts (2) and (4) are vertically aligned with each other.
