PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization, to obtain high circuit Q and to fit for mass- production by forming plural electrodes conducted with the strip line in grooves for forming electrodes and constituting the strip line of a section form which is obtained by connecting plural H-type forms by means of the strip line and the plural electrodes. SOLUTION: Both end parts in the width direction of a strip line resonance line 21 are provided on the surface facing the main face of a third dielectric layer 3 and the grooves for forming upper electrodes 32 and 32 in prescribed depth are provided on sides inner than both end parts. The upper electrodes 33 and 33 conducted with the strip line resonance line 21 are formed on the grooves 32 and 32. The strip line resonance line 21, the lower electrodes 23 and 23 and the upper electrodes 33 and 33 are conducted and they constitute the strip line resonator with the section form where the plural H-type forms are connected. Since a magnetic field in the edge of the strip line is relieved by the electrodes constituted in the grooves with such constitution, larger Q of the resonator can be obtained. |
