<p>A method for reprocessing zinc- containing waste of metallurgical production includes mixing waste with a carbon reducing agent, drying, high temperature treatment of the obtained mixture in the kiln, flashing-off zinc and catching sublimates with the obtaining zinc oxide. The mixture is dried to the content of moisture therein of 11-15 % by weight, granulated to obtaining granules of size of 4-10 mm, and the high temperature treatment of granulated mixture is performed for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 910-1100 DEGREE C, and catching zinc sublimates is performed by withdrawing 70-80 % of the general volume of zinc-containing dust and gas mixture from the reaction zone of the kiln, and theremaining volume of dust and gas mixture is taken from the cold end of kiln.</p> |
