The invention relates to a spray head intended for spraying a liquid spray, comprising a front shield (2) having an opening (7) in which a liquid nozzle (8) mouths. Between the liquid nozzle (8) and the edge wall of the opening (7), a ring-shaped gap (13) is defined, through which a pressurized gas can flow out coaxially with a liquid jet from the nozzle (8). The front shield (2) has a convexly curved outer surface. In the front shield, ducts (15) serving as air nozzles are formed on opposite sides of the central hole (7). When the air is fed out through these ducts (15), the same is, by means of the coanda effect, deflected towards the outer surface of the front shield, i.e. the air sucked inwards towards the outer surface. Thanks to the air sweeping along the outer surface, it is guaranteed that paint or liquid doses not deposit depositions on the front shield. |
