The invention relates to a dressing that is intended for corns and other foot disorders. The inventive dressing is characterised in that it combines two functions, namely (i) transmission and absorption of the load pressure exerted by the shoe and (ii) protection and treatment of the affected area of the foot, i.e. corn or other disorder. For this purpose, the dressing comprises an adhesive strip (2) bearing: a relatively thick cushioned support (3) which is disposed towards the rear of the affected area (C) of the foot; and a thinner dressing or compress zone (2) which is designed to receive a treatment product and which is disposed above the affected area.
