The machine comprises an uncapping device (1) which removes the caps closing the beehive frame cells where a mixture called dirty honey is extracted. An extractor (2) extracts clean honey from the cells of a series of frames after it has passed through the uncapping device. The dirty and clean honey is sent to a centrifuge (8) which separates the honey from the wax via a hopper (5). The hopper base is in the upper part of the intake of a screw auger (6) to which the centrifuge outlet is connected via an inclined duct (7).
