<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration gyro and an electronic device using it capable of preventing performance degradation of temperature drift even when it is miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: In a casing 11 fixing ends of support members 3, 4, 5 and 6 supporting a vibrator 2, rigid reinforcing plates 12 made of insert-molded metal are provided in an interior of resin. The rigid reinforcing plates 12 are continuously formed between neighborhoods of fixing parts 3a, 4a, 5a and 6a of the casing 11 and the support members 3, 4, 5 and 6. Vibration leakage of the vibrator can be prevented by improving rigidity of the casing 11, and the performance degradation of the temperature drift can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
