PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane switch changing a conductive resistance in a multi-stage according to the values of a load. SOLUTION: This membrane switch is constituted in such way that an upper circuit board 11 on which a disk-like electrode 12 and a wiring part 13 for connecting the electrode 12 to an outside device, and a lower circuit board 14 on which a disk-like first electrode 15, a wiring part 16 for connecting the first electrode 15 to an outside device, almost an annular second electrode 17 enveloping the first electrode 15, and a wiring part 18 for connecting the second electrode 17 to an outside device are formed are fixed with an adhesive layer 20 through a spacer sheet 19 so that the electrode 12, the first electrode 15, and the second electrode 17 are faced. The second electrode 17 is formed on the same plane as that of the first electrode 15 so that the center axis is the same as that of the first electrode 15.
