VIBRATION MONITORING DEVICE, AND METHOD, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an inexperienced operator to effectively monitor vibration data by easily and accurately judging the presence or absence of any abnormality in the vibration data.

SOLUTION: A data collecting part 1 collects a vibration signal or a number of rotation pickup signal, and collects a process value. A data analyzing part 2 analyzes the collected data. A data monitoring part 3 monitors the presence or absence of any abnormality by comparing the analyzed data with a threshold. A threshold storing part 4 preliminarily holds the threshold or data for calculating the threshold. A preserved data preparing part 5 prepares the data for preservation according to the data monitor result or a preliminarily set preservation cycle from the analyzed data, and preserves the data in a data storing part 6. A display control part 7 acquires the data to be displayed from among the data preserved in the data storing part 6 in response to a request from an input/output part 8, and displays the data to the input/output part in a display format corresponding to the data.
