<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector equipped with a kind of grounding device. <P>SOLUTION: The connector includes an insulation main body with side walls, end walls and a center land part surrounded by the side walls and the end walls, a metal shield sheet set outside the side walls of the insulation main body, and a plurality of conductive terminals at least arrayed in a row and mounted on the insulation main body. At least one grounding terminal is positioned at a suitable place in the terminal row, and has a locking part extended toward a shield sheet, which can realize a good electric contact between the grounding terminal and the shield sheet, with the shield sheet locked between the locking part and the side walls of the insulation main body.
