PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all solid-type battery not to prevent the downsizing of equipment, because it is easy to take out the electrode terminal of the all solid-type battery, and because the parallel and series connection of plural batteries can be realized by only piling up the batteries. SOLUTION: The all solid-type battery is sealed by pinching a power generation element into an insulated substrate C, and positive and negative collectors h, i of the power generating element are connected with respective positive and negative taking out electrodes b existing on both faces of the insulated substrate via a contact hole n and a through hole a. Because the parallel connection or the series connection of plural cells can be realized easily by only piling up unit cells of the all solid-type battery, the occupying rate of reed except the power generation element becomes smaller, therefore the all solid secondary battery not to prevent the downsizing of the battery-mounted equipment can be provided.
