PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable battery pack of a simple structure without inviting an inconvenience due to splashed protrusions of solder that occur at a soldering part of a lead wire. SOLUTION: Because a protecting circuit board integrated in a terrace part of the battery body is installed while its rear face is made to be upside, plural land parts installed at the rear face side of the protecting circuit board is made not to oppose to the upper face of the terrace part, and plural lead wires connected with the land part is made not to be pinched between the protecting circuit board and the terrace part. Then, the splashed protrusions of the solder that occur at the land part are made to be directed facing the outside of the battery pack. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
