PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous-suction type microsampling system and a microcapillary of the same type utilized for collecting a microsample of, for example, 100μm or smaller, such as foreign matters mixed in industrial products (which include intermediate products) films, plastics, coating films, etc., by cutting or exfoliation. SOLUTION: A microknife for sampling for industrial purposes is provided with a blade, made of a material of Morse hardness of 6 or higher and is capable of cutting and exfoliating a sample of 50μm or smaller. The microsample of a size of 1-100μm collected by the microknife is transferred to a sample base, through the use of the continuous-suction type microcapillary to perform sampling in the continuous-suction type microsampling system.
