PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a matching layer having at least one prescribed size without after-processing of a matching member, and to prevent an adhesive from adhering to the matching layer wall surface at the matching layer adhering fixing time. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, hollow spheres 17 are filled in a through hole 15 in a matching member production tool 14, and thereafter bonding material 18 is impregnated by vacuum suction, and hereby the matching member 25 having the wall surface coated by the bonding material 18 is acquired.
