PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricating oil from leaking from a gap between a bearing and a bush with a simple configuration without conducting maintenance work frequently, in a lubricating oil discharging device and a lubricating oil circulating device of a blanket cylinder bearing. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil discharging device 10 of a blanket cylinder bearing discharges supplied lubricating oil from a blanket cylinder bearing 51 mounted on an operation side frame 50 through a bush 53, supporting a shank of a blanket cylinder 4 turnably, and includes suction means 16 for making the pressure in the gap between the bearing 51 and the bush 53, and a space of a oil-supply passage negative pressure.
