PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reliable sealing performance at a low cost. SOLUTION: A power transmission unit MGU transmits power between an engine and a transmission. A partition wall 3w is extended axially from an axially middle outer circumference of a casing body 3. The partition wall 3w separates an air chamber AR and an oil chamber OR axially. A rotor 16 of a generator motor MG has an axially extending rotor rib 16b. The rotor rib 16b and a power transmission mechanism TCM are connected between the partition wall 3w and an axially disposed input shaft 1. As oil chamber/air chamber sealing members, a first sealing member 101 is arranged between the partition wall 3w and the rotor rib 16b, and a second sealing member 102 is arranged between the rotor rib 16b and an annular input member 5a on the input shaft 1.
