<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer electrifying unit, a developing cartridge, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus capable of realizing the more simplification of the exchange of a toner electrifying roller and the higher efficiency of the assembly thereof and also obtaining the stable rotation of the toner electrifying roller with little backlash in order to yield a stable image. <P>SOLUTION: The toner electrifying unit 350, the developing cartridge, the process cartridge, and the color image forming apparatus A are constituted to have at least a photoreceptor drum 1, a developing blade 303 and a toner supply roller 304.
