<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which display quality is improved by reducing wiring impedance. <P>SOLUTION: A CS wiring 7 consists of a CS bus line 7a, a CS trunk wiring 7b, a gate side wiring 7c and a source side wiring 7d. The wiring 7b is connected to the wiring 7c and the wiring 7d. A portion of the wiring 7c is formed on a TAB 11. A portion of the wiring 7c formed between adjacent TABs 11/11 is formed on an active matrix substrate 1. The substrate 1, the TAB 11 and a TAB 15 are connected together through an ACF. The wiring 7c is connected to the wiring 7b from the TAB 11 arranged at a farthest location with respect to the portion where the wiring 7d and the wiring 7b are connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
