<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized drive circuit integrated motor which can suppress its temperature rise even at operation and besides is high in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: For this drive circuit integrated motor, a brushless motor and a drive circuit are constituted integrally, and a heat insulating layer, which is made by arranging an air layer on the side where it abuts on the brushless motor and a partition plate on the side of the drive circuit, is provided in a position where the constituent parts concerned are opposed to each other.
