<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounting device in which an operation status in a surface-mounting process is recorded in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The time when each operation status in a plurality of surface- mounting processes [1]-[5] executed by a CPU is generated or changed is obtained in real time by a timer 16 common with the CPU, and recorded in a shared memory 14 in an identifiable manner while being associated with the time. In such a constitution as this, a real operation of each element in different processes is stored in real time at producing operation of the surface- mounting device. So, analysis for the real operation of the surface-mounting device is simplified, and fault diagnosis is easily done. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
