PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improvement in the electric discharge capacity and a cycle electricity charging/discharging performance of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. SOLUTION: It is the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery 1 equipped with a positive electrode 3, a negative electrode 4, and a non-aqueous electrolyte.
