PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the quality by eliminating the risk of breaking the electrode and to facilitate connection with the EL drive circuit. SOLUTION: An ornamental film A and an EL element B are provided integrated on the surface of an exterior case as a substrate. A through hole 10 is formed in the upper case 1a of the exterior case 1 so as to expose a part of a transparent electrode layer 5 and a back plate layer 8 that form the EL element B. A contact pin 13 contacts the transparent electrode layer 5 and the back plate layer 8 after passing through the through hole 10 and connects each electrode and the EL drive circuit.
