PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumper chip which can be manufactured at low cost, through reduction of the number of parts and components, improvement of mounting density, improvement of reliability in automatic mounting, and reduction of the number of man-hour. SOLUTION: A first concave part is provided at a base body consisting of an insulating material and at the center of the underside of the base body, a plurality of second concave parts with more depth than the first concave part are provided in parallel with each other so as to cross the first concave part, a plurality of facing leg parts are provided at the underside of the base body, a conductive layer is provided from an outer periphery face including the underside of the leg parts to an inner face of the first concave part so as to combine the plurality of the facing leg parts, and a plurality of conductive paths are provided.
