PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environments enabling to perform a test and the like by logical movement to an application directed to mobile equipment such as a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: An application program 160 to be tested is tested using an emulator 170 in a network environment (such as a network A). The test is conducted by moving (immigrating) the application together with the emulator 170 from the network A to a network B, and from the network B to a network C. The emulator 170 can be realized as a mobile agent. Computers capable of moving and executing the mobile agent are included in the networks, and shown by access points 124, 134 and 144.
